Juli's almost 2 years old dream finally came true!

Within 8 weeks I sailed from Slovenia to the very south of Croatia with my little AmaJuta. Included in the journey: visiting beautiful bays and ancient towns, meeting lovely people, climbing hills and mountains on big and small islands...and last but not least, experiences of the unexpected (of course)

Starting from Altnau/Switzerland to Koper/Slovenia: a lot of practical preparations and some easy going driving!

Honestly: two weeks before, it was not even clear I would take AmaJuta down to the Adriatic Sea on my very own, as I did not own the appropriate driver's license for moving a 4 tons vehicle  (further information on demand) :-D

The whole route I sailed solo on AmaJuta from 16.08. - 06.10.2016 in a rough overview:

Koper - Piran - Umag - Cervar Porat - Rovinj - Uvala Soline - Medulin: After a two year break, AmaJuta kisses salt water again and she likes it (and Juli likes it too).

 

Medulin - Uv Jadriscica - Mali Losinj - Susak - Uv Balvanida - Uv Sv Ante - Povljana: sighting a dolphin, waiting for a Bora to disappear, meeting family on Cres and visiting a cheese island

 

Povljana - Jazi - Uv Sakarun - Lamjana Mala - Preko - Uv Zincena - Telascica: wreck snorkelling, climbing two hill tops, meeting lovely people

 

Kornati National Park - Murter - Tribunj - Sibenik: sparse and bizarre island landscape. Wonderful wooden wrecks and luxury worlds
